Annie Wersching was an American actress who died on the 29th of January, 2023. She is best known for playing Renee Walker, a regular character in the television series 24 and as recurring characters on other television shows like The Rookie Bosch or Timeless. The voice of her and motion capture performance was also utilized for Tess as the main character in Naughty Dog's The Last of Us. Annie Wersching has continued to remain active in the field despite her cancer diagnosis in 2020. Star Trek saw her make prominent appearances. Picard was the Borg queen in Season 2 and as a frequent character in the TV series The Rookie. Her talents also grew to the gaming world as she voiced Tess in the game Tess in the critically acclaimed gaming game The Last Of Us which was later made into a television series by HBO.
